Definitions:
To ensure complete understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, the following terms will have the meanings indicated below:

- Services: The products and services offered by the Owner through the web platform.
- User: Any person who accesses and uses the web platform.
- Consumer User: An adult individual who enters into a contract for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activities.
- Conditions: This contract governs the relationship between the Owner and the Users, and the sale of services offered by the Owner through the web platform.
Scope of the Web Platform Conditions:
Using the web platform implies acceptance of these Conditions by the User. If the User does not wish to accept the Conditions, they may not use the web platform.
The applicable Conditions are those in effect at the time of submission of the purchase order or the request for services. The Owner reserves the right to modify the Conditions at any time by publishing them on the web platform. The User is advised to save or print a copy of the Conditions for future reference.
Purchases via the Web Platform:
The services offered through the web platform are described on the relevant service pages. Purchases are allowed only for adult Consumer Users. The offer of services is an invitation to offer; the order submitted by the User is considered a contractual proposal, subject to acceptance by the Owner via order confirmation.
Prices and Payments:
The prices of the services are indicated including VAT and may be subject to changes. The User agrees to pay for the services according to the methods specified on the web platform. Payments are processed through third-party services. The Owner does not have access to payment data.
Right of Withdrawal:
The Consumer User may withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, by notifying the Owner via email at [email protected]. The right of withdrawal does not apply in specific cases, such as for customized services or downloadable digital products.
Conformity Guarantee:
The Owner guarantees the conformity of digital services as required by the Consumer Code. Any defects must be communicated to the Owner, who will provide remedies as stipulated by law.
Limitation of Liability:
The Owner cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by factors outside their control or for indirect damages suffered by the User.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the web platform is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Owner’s explicit permission.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These Conditions are governed by Australian law. The competent court for any disputes will be the court in Melbourne. For Consumer Users, any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of the User’s place of residence or domicile.
